John was the founder of the Southpark Group of Companies some 25 years ago, and has acted as CEO or Executive Director of all companies since.

Southpark has been a leader in the redevelopment of much of the former "smoke stack industries" within Auckland such as Southdown Freezing Works - formerly owned by Affco, Hellaby Works, Shortland Works, Taniwha Works, Pikes Point, Roscommon Quarries and others.
John is the founder and Chairman of the For the Sake of Our Children Trust . He is a promoter and a champion of caring communities. John is also a Founder, Chairman and Director of numerous community and social action initiatives.
John is the creator of Treetops Lodge & Wilderness Park in Rotorua, an internationally acclaimed wilderness retreat. John is married to Alma and they have two children, James and Natasha.

Arthur has served as a director of the Southpark Companies for over 25 years. Arthur is a senior partner in the law firm of Chapman Tripp and at present practices in company restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, development projects, infrastructure, asset trusts and superannuation. He has extensive directorate experience with both public and private companies and currently holds a number of active public company directorships.  He has advised various charitable, community and superannuation organizations regarding investment and asset diversification. Arthur holds numerous active trusteeships and has advised extensively on asset and trust structuring.

John is a chartered accountant and Chairman of Staples Rodway. He is a director of a number of companies involved in a wide range of industries such as importing and distribution, agriculture, property, construction, mining and finance. He has previously been a director for several listed companies. John is also a trustee and chairman of the finance committee for the Order of St John in Auckland. In addition he acts in a professional trustee role for a number of significant family trusts. John is director of all the Southpark Companies, a position he has service in for over 10 years.

Ralph joined Southpark Corporation in 1995 and has a background in project and construction management and property development.  Ralph is responsible for the delivery of Southparks development projects.

Ralph holds a NZ Certificate in Building, Diploma in Building and is a Registered Quantity Surveyor. Ralph enjoys a wide range of watersports.Ralph is married to Judith and they have four children.
